OLLIE
Ollie is the main creative force at The Fold. With a great ear for arrangement, an uncanny knack for knowing exactly what’s needed, and a rare talent for thinking outside the box, Ollie is the heart of The Fold’s innovative recording and production philosophy.
Equally adept as recording engineer, mix engineer, arranger, producer, and comfortable with any genre, Ollie is an all-round professional who is able to see a project through from a rough idea all the way through to a finished product that will compete with any major release.
GARETH
Gareth is The Fold’s senior engineer. In 2005 he completed a BAHons, receiving a 1st in production at the Academy of Contemporary Music. He has since worked as assistant engineer at Terry Britten’s (Michael Jackson, Lenny Kravitz) private studio, State Of The Ark, working with engineer Chris West on Richard Ashcroft’s no. 1 album ‘Keys To The World’ and working with the London Metropolitan Orchestra.
In December 2008 he flew to Chicago to work with the legend Steve Albini (Nirvana, Joanna Newsom, Bush, The Pixies, PJ Harvey)!
TOBY
Toby is a professional session drummer, currently working with The Noisettes. Other recent collaborations include:

Toby has a wealth of studio experience working with producers such as Paul Epworth (Bloc Party, Kate Nash, Paul Weller) Jim Abbiss (Artic Monkeys, Kasabian, Adele) and Mark Ranklin (Polar Bear).
Toby is endorsed by Premier and Zildjian and has a variety of snares to suit any style.
