BOOKING PROCEDURE:
- Contact us to place your studio booking.
- We will get back to you to confirm availability.
- Your requested dates are secured once a 25% deposit has been received.
- 50% of deposit is payable for cancellations occurring more than 10 days before session
- 100% of deposit is payable for cancellations occurring less than 10 days before session
- No booking is confirmed unless your deposit has been received.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Overtime after 8pm will be charged at £30 per hour at engineer’s discretion.
- Audio files will be handed over on receipt of full and final payment.
- Additional work carried out on top of the initial agreement will be charged at the hourly studio rate.
- Damage to studio equipment through wilful or negligent misuse will be invoiced to the client.
- Clients shall abide to the studios rules, regulations and health and safety policy.
- In the event of studio breakdown the company shall at its opinion replace (as soon as can reasonably be arranged) the facilities to which the client was entitled by the terms hereof.
HOW TO PAY:
Bank Transfer:
- If paying by bank transfer, please contact us for bank details.
Cheque:
- Please make cheques payable to “The Fold Studios” and send to: 17 Dartmouth Place, Forest Hill, London SE23 3AU.
Cash:
- If you wish to pay in cash, please contact us to arrange a time to drop off the cash at the studio.
Paypal:
- We can accept secure PayPal payments too. Please let us know if you wish to use PayPal and we’ll send you the necessary details.
